if you talk to Anders-mancer Hawke in Inquisition they all tell they did take Anders with them in the Legacy Quest.
quess it's quite an important fact for it means bioware did that on purpose. Anders met Corypheus, Corypheus messed up with Anders head and everyone who loves or likes Anders can finally breathe again. our poor kitten isn't a creepy crazy terrorist from birth - he was brainwashed. and even Justice could neither help nor make it worse ...
