Rouge is supposedly trying to take the Chaos Emerald from a museum on a "mission."That's what I think.
*xxSapphire-wings told me to draw Rouge. It's a first timer for me, and I think I did okay.

Heh, not bad. Problem with this picture, though (continuity issue(?)):
If she's infiltrating somewhere, she'd probably be wearing a jumpsuit... I think it was black... *googles*

In things like Sonic Adventure 2, Sonic X, and such, she doesn't wear any sort of disguise. (from what I know) Plus, I wanted to give a shot at drawing her in her regular outfit for once.
