Mouse drawn because I still have no scanner >:/I'm sickeningly pleased with this considering how much time it took me, about umm 4 hours? Which is so little for me but I guess there isn't a background. I was going to go for a black and yellow colour sceme but then I was thinking it would look too much like Chiskars page, oh yeah it's for my look up on Neopets, don't look yet it's not finished
But yeah this was surprisingly fun. I think I'm getting better at mouse drawn things.

I love the rainbowness, as always. Heh. I read your earlier comment about how you did the background effect, and I think I'll try that..I use psp8, sometimes...Hmmm...
I simply ADORE that skirt, and the shirt and belt are awesome too... -envys you- I love how you drew her hair, and her goggles are adorable :3
Although, my favorite thing is probably the text 'Glitter Smiles and Rainbows' and the glitter dotting the picture. I love that. It adds to the mood amazingly.

i never actually commented on this but i think this is one fo my favorites out of your work...the face is just sooo pretty it makes me happy and everything is so perfect and i still dont understand how people can make their line art so perfect ;~; the rainbowy stuff is awesome and gah i just love everything about this picture and omg the just plain black background makes it look even better >

I usually use Adobe Photoshop 7 but I'm on my boyfriends computer and he only has 6 so I used that to draw this picture.

yey, I was hoping someone would ask that because I wanted to tell ALLLL. I only know how to do it in photoshop though :
First off you just draw an outline in the colours you want around the picture really roughly, leave like a 1cm gap between in and the picture. Then copy that layer about 3-4 times.
On one of them go to filter at the top and choose blur and then motion blur, play with that one 'till it looks good. You can do the same with one of the other layers if you want and make it vertical instead of horizontal or the other way round depending on which way you did it first. o.o I think I only did a vertical one on this picture. To get the cool swirly ones choose another of these outline layers that you've made lots of and go to filter, blur and radial blur. It doesn't preview these and it takes ages for the effect to load but it usually looks good the first time anyway. On the last layer I just did a regular filter, blur, gaussian blur.
I like blurs. :3
I used the same effect on an older picture ages ago called 'She Raves' or something. I don't know why I've never used it since.
