Okay, you caught me. I drew a big lump for a foot and covered it up by putting the copyright notices over it
What? You didn't notice? ...Well, damn. Nevermind then 
Valentine Exchange for the Private Exchange (PE)... *emme and I kinda ended up trading, this round. Fine by me since she did an awesome Lance/Amanda [link] and now I just hope she likes mine as much as I liked hers
I chose her namesake Emmelyne and her kinda guy Raven to draw. She's supposed to be crushing pretty hard on him, but he doesn't really notice so I tried to show a bit of that. 'Tried' being operative. Not much else to say except that I hope I drew them okay for you, Emme!

Auuugh this is so terrific! I simply adore the cunning look in Emme's expression and the total obliviousness in Raven's. His eyes are just so sparkly and clueless, it's great. lol I have seen that look upon the face of many a man.
The poses are so sweet and relaxed and give off a happy, peaceful vibe. What amazes me about your work is that you make backgrounds look so REAL and complex and like the charaters are right 'in' them even if they consist of quick lines and scritches. You just make it work somehow, dammit. Teach me guru!

okay, finally here to comment! Sorry for waiting so long, I really really really appreciate the wonderful job you've done with Raven and Emmelyne. I was so excited to find out that you were my exchange partner. ^__^ What you do with pencils is truly amazing. I love the depth and texture you put into this, and the background/setting is perfect! I love Raven's eyes, and their outfits. The folds of cloth and stitches add so much, oh, and Emmelyne's big belt is great. ^_^ Ah, and then there's the pose! Sooo cute! Thank you so much again.

Oh my gosh, you're going through a style change, and I lurve it! The eyes and noses are rounded, and the mouths are a little more narrow but getting fuller. I loved the way you drew faces, but I'm really liking this little change, its so Alan Davis
