Drama in the Park
Midas hadn't told anyone he was entering this competition, and though he trained for it he was woefully unprepared for the circumstances. Sirath was faster, more adept and clearly more experienced, even if he didn't have the type advantage. Though Midas attempted to use Cosmic Power Sirath quickly came in with his Haze and threw Midas off guard for the rest of the fight; Midas almost thought he was going to lose this battle when the Seviper came at him with a fierce Night Slash but something like instinct took over... No, more like a memory. An intense memory. A memory that gave Midas the reaction to narrowly dodge and counter with his own Psybeam, throwing Sirath out of the arena.

THIS WAS HARD :"D I went for the Drama that you'd find being told by facial expressions and intense lighting. Not to mention the weather conditions were perfect for such a dramatic scene! Midas wasn't pleased being asked to fight in a hurricane

Also guess who was pretending to shoot Psybeams out of her hands in mid air alone at night and also set up a timed camera to get that falling over pose because there were no reference images of that pose out there...!
The things we do for art, huh.
I absolutely ADORED drawing Sirath, this was such a fun experience for me~
