Description
This is a character design done for a french rpg called Polaris. Earth is destroyed, humans are living under water. This hybrid is the result of genetic experiments. I used Photoshop. Hope you like it.Related content

Looks like a hybrid of a machine and an amphibian creature. Hybrid aren't an easy thing to pull off in art and you pulled it off to perfection.
