I saw in your journal you wanted critiques so I thought I'd help you out :3 I hope you won't take anything I say offensively, I'm just trying to help ^^
I think you did a great job on the hair! It looks very full and beautiful. You also did a a great job on the anatomy for the most part! For one thing, you should work on drawing the lips more full and even. the nose looks good, but it's too far away from the eyes. On a real person, the nose lips and eyes aren't that far from each other. Also, the eyes look pretty good, but they look a little bit like they're looking in opposite directions. The lines under the eyes are good, but they would look a lot better with full shading, but not to dark, just light shadow to define the features. If you're going for realism, you should draw the teeth so it isn't just a white empty section. If you weren't going for realism, if you were going for a more cartoonish look, than you did a good job.
All in all it looks very nice, good job! but just like all artwork there is still room for improvement. ^^
