It's me, DJDavid98 again, with a nice inverted cursor pack.
8 static and 7 animated files of cursorey goodness
Install.inf and a Shortcut to Mouse settings is added too.
(Double-Clicking the shortcut will bring up the Mouse options panel, just like you opened it from Control Panel.)
