Case 16 & 17 are Caitlin & Jen from 6teen
17 is Gwen from Total Drama Island/Action(Does she look different or something?)
22 is my favorite ANTM Heather from Cycle 9(Doesn't look exactly like her, but I did my best)
23 is Francine from American Dad

In this rule of the game, you choose one case to be your for the entire game, & you eliminated those other cases. All the cases has the money amount in it, from one penny to one million dollar. Once you eliminated the amount that mean it not in your case. I hope you understand this game.
