Design me the Night Runner (Now Ruuku) DJ Helmet!

The design has to be based on my now updated DJ/Producer Character Ruuku, but in a similar style to Daft Punk and Deadmau5 Helmets... In designing this helmet, you will help boost my music career as I will be using it on Stage DJing and in Music Videos. If you chose to design the Ruuku Helmet and I use your design in the final build, I will promote your name, website and social media pages on my website and Social media sites, allow you to download any track or Album if you like any of them, plus the added bonus that you have bragging rights that you designed my DJ helmet if I become successful!

Specifications:
1. Needs to fit a variety of headphones.
2. Needs to have Air Conditioning.
3. Needs to have Airflow around the face.
4. Needs to be in these select colors: Red, Purple, Silver, black or a mixture of any of these select colors.
5. Needs to be comfortable, be able to turn my head, be put on and taken off with ease.
6. Needs to incorporate Binary Code and/or a Carbon Fiber Texture around the Helmet or in specific areas if you so choose.
7. Needs the Ruuku Logo in a specific place that is in harmony with the Design.
8. Needs to look oh-so-good!

You can incorporate Lighting if you're skilled enough in electronics as well as art design, but I'll be adding them into the final build with the person whom builds the helmet anyway.
