Fresh but thin air! My first backpack trip in RMNP but you can be sure it won't be the last. You really get the views up there.

oh yeah, it gets really hard to breath there sometimes.
the only time I ever had altitude trouble I was also half hung over... I truly wanted to die.
the views on top are usually worth the aneurisms, though.
