I'm okay with Lucy, although I was uncertain if Gru needed a girlfriend too, Lucy was quite fitting. Now the only thing I hope for is that in Wreck-It Ralph 2 they won't screw the storyline up for the sake of some stupid love interest for Ralph (like they did to the 1st part, rewriting the whole script just for the sake of Heros Cuties).

Weeeeell, from what I understood, they had had designing problems with Felix, (Who was originally following Ralph as a sidekick) and whenput him with Calhoun, which gave them what they needed to get Felix right, as well as giving Ralph and Vanellope's story the main focus. Also, putting him with Calhoun also allows Felix to grow as a character, because the temporary spurn gives Felix a bit of an idea about how Ralph has felt his whole life.
