Description My son wanted to be GIR for Halloween this year, so I went out and made him a GIR costume. He loved it so much, he was Quoting GIR all night. "You're gonna make biscuits?" , "I got monkeys in me!" and so on, and so on. Needless to say, It was a good haul for him tonight too. Hehehe

We don't have any HOT TOPICs near us to buy these things. I wish we did. I had a lot of fun making it though and in a way I think that's even better.
