considering Loki grew his hair out between the first Thor movie and TTDW, I'd say it grows at the same rate as human hair, meaning they'll just have more haircuts in their lifetime xD

*ponders*Β You make a good point, but there's also the fact that Loki isn't truly Aesir, even when he's wearing his Aesir form (might be that Loki's hair growing super-fast was one thing he got picked on about when they were younger, and why Loki tried to keep it relatively short in the early days), and then there's the whole Void thing, which might have affected a lot of physical things about Loki, as well as whatever Thanos did to him....

but then again, Thor's hair was also midlength in the first movie and even avengers and then way longer in TTDW

yes their hair grew about the same amount between the first Thor and TTDW, Thor's was shoulderlength in the first one and Loki's was chinlength, and in TTDW Loki's was a bit over shoulderlength and Thor's was even longer

Also if you don't want people to know how fast your hair grows, just don't cut it xD braid it and be done with it xD when you cut it it's visible how fast it grows, when you don't it'll just stop at a certain length
