Twilight was trying to decide which books from the Canterlot library should go in her castle library, but Flash wanted to talk. Unfortunately, he caught Twilight by surprise, and she kicked him in the schnoz, sending the books she had already accumulated in several stacks onto the floor, and when she turned around to help him, she tripped on a few of the books after getting her hoof caught on an extra thick tome, giving her a nasty bruise. Celestia and Cadance were nearby, but misinterpreted the scene.

Twilight built a romantic book fort for her and Flash to cuddle up and get their snog on in the royal library, but things got so frisky that Twi popped a wing boner so hard it knocked the fortress down, JUST as Tia and Cadence were coming in to look up some old tax records. There was an awkward silence lasting approximately 24.6 seconds, upon the termination of which Twilight tried to explain, whereupon the older princesses merely walked back out without a word.
That event has gone unspoken of since.
