The special thing about your drawings that I like are the colours of lights and colour temperature (idk if it's called like that in eng ) - like by it you can tell if it's a sunny/cloudy day or if it's morning /afternoon etc.
This time it reminds me of a cloudy , rainy Summer day^^
I'm also always in love with the shadows^^

I'd like to point out something you should work on to help you as you asked, but I don't see anything that stands out, It's just a beautiful piece

And the background is really great - I like the fact in your drawings it's clear what is far because you change colours anfd make it more foggy (?)

Also I've got a question: What watercolour set do you use, and what did you use for the gold details?Β

Thank you very much for your feedback! It's good to know that someone could recognize the rainy sky LOL

I used mixed set watercolour ex cotman, holbein, sennelier, kusakabe each of them make different effect for the painting. It depend on what you want to use for, for me kusakabe is not my favourite but I think their pastel color is best choice for mix with the dark color to make the dark area in painting look softer.

And gold details it is yellow orche ,mix with a bit of brown and purple for shadow effect. I think it would look more real if I add some white reflection in that too(I forgot hahaha).

Yes I mean Winsor.

I can't decide what is my favourite, but if have to choose it would be Holbein(not the best but compare to the price it would be a good choice) and Sennelier. Do you know Daniel Smith? I try just a little bit on its tester and found that it's very good one so I'm looking forward to use more of this brand but the price in my country is very very high.

Good art supplies generally are really expensive ;-; And in my city there is only one shop with better/ more stuff like that so the owner can highter the prices as he wishes to..
Do you also have thet problem with some sets that after they dry they cover the lineart and are a bit foggy? Which don't do it?
