Had an oval frame laying around for a while and was really keen on having an oval piece added to my gallery at some point. My mom gave me an oval canvas she had bought among other at the flea market.In deciding the subject, I came across a John Singer Sargent oval portrait piece I really liked. So I interpreted Zelda as the sitter and this was the result.

Looks tremendously cool in that frame; pretty regal in fact. As for the painting itself? Once again another impressive TLoZ tribute done in fine DNL form. Excellent work on the folds and lighting especially.

Thanks. Like I said, been wanting to use that oval frame for the longest time. Add some variety to my gallery since all my other paintings are rectangular. So it really stands out.

The more you add more art and this gets pushed down into the depths of your gallery, I genuinely think this will be one of the older works that will definitely catch an 'on-the-fly' viewer's eye if they're a quick scroller. The frame definitely makes it.
