Seeing as you chose a painterly style of colors, for these particular lines I would have used some color holds or something similar, because at the moment I feel like the lines are screaming over your colors. The black lines are just too heavy. There's areas where I'm like yeah, I dig where that's goin but there could be a little more definition. Overall I think you did great, I particularly like the little lighting on the side of his face, nice touch. Looking forward to seeing some more

I definitely agree about the color holds. Looking back I should really add that in. And I also agree with the definition. Some areas start to look great and then I totally just didn't finish it right. When I get time, I might do a revisit, but now it will remain as is. I'm still learning, but I'm glad you think I atleast did it justice. Glad you like it sir.
