Description This may just be a blackbird, but it sings outside our window every morning giving us a lovely(!) very early wake up call. It also sings every evening in the same spot so thought it apt to capture and share it.

got a few of these around our area and in my garden, lovely song though, nice to hear when you're walking the dog!

I couldn't agree more about their lovely singing! They aren't known for exotic appearance but blackbirds sure can sing. Just met one the other day whose song was absolutely captivating. I even managed to snap a few good shots of it
