I drew this for a friend I've never met on Twitter, for his daughter's birthday, in exchange for a pumpkin carve. I know what you are thinking, but this guy is crazy talented. He does what we do on styrofoam pumpkins!Definitely check out his site www.ThePumpkinGeek.com

First, I'd just like to say how cool I think this drawing is.
Second, how do you get such dark marks with graphite? I've tried your hard shadows tutorial, and what you did with B, I couldn't recreate even with 2B. Is it just the quality of the Mars Lumograph that my pencils are lacking?
Anyway, keep up the beautiful art.
