Soap Bubble Ninjutsu

Soap Bubble Ninjutsu is a branch of Ninjutsu from the Bubble-line (バブル系, Baburu-kei) of the Water Release nature transformation. Toshiro's approach to this unique branch of Ninjutsu is very different. Instead of using a bubble pipe, Toshiro forms the bubbles with his hands, and molds them into the shapes of animals or weapons, meant to have different effects against his targets. Because he can also apply Yang Release to his techniques, he gains additional skills. An example of this is the ability to create healing bubble domes, that uses the life force of the Yang nature to heal his targets. An example of his unique method of fighting is his first technique revealed, where he creates a soap bubble shaped like a bear, that crashes against his targets and seals them away.

Water Release: Starch Syrup Capturing Field

The user expels high-viscosity, chakra-infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand. The syrup can be manipulated to move after it is created, being able to stick and travel up surfaces.

The Hiding in Mist Technique is a speciality of the ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by either lifting up water from a pre-existing source, or expelling water from their mouth. They can then go in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It cannot fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra — which will effectively hide the user from the Dojutsu.

Similar to the basic Clone Technique, this technique creates copies of the user. However, these clones are corporeal instead of illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques, including the Shadow Clone Technique itself, on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force. The clones can also disperse on their own or be dispelled by the user of the technique.

The Summoning Technique is a space–time ninjutsu that allows the summoner to transport animals or people across long distances instantly and uses blood as a sacrifice. Before an animal summoning can be performed, a prospective summoner must first sign a contract with a given species. The contract comes in the form of a scroll, on which the contractor uses their own blood to sign their name and place their fingerprints and once signed it is valid even after the contractors death as long as the contract itself remains intact. After this, they need only offer an additional donation of blood on the hand they signed the contract with, mould their chakra with hand seals and then plant the hand they signed the contract with at the location they wish to summon the creature. The amount of chakra used during the summoning determines how powerful the summoned creature can be. It is possible for a summoner to summon a group of the same contracted animal, as opposed to a single individual.

Silent Killing

As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user moves silently, the attack cannot be anticipated and defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away. Some shinobi also opt to use a cover such as mist or even frost to rob their opponents of their field of vision and then attack them.

Manipulated Shuriken Technique

With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.

• The name "Toshiro" (トシロウ) means “Talented, Intelligent”, in reference to the Ancient Chinese philosopher, politician, and paragon sage Confucius. When written as "冬獅郎," Toshiro's name can mean, "Son of the Winter Lion", which is a metaphor for magnificence. His clan name "Senju" (千手) means "thousand skills" or, "a thousand hands."
• Toshiro's hobbies are historiography, microscopy and tinkering.
