The reason I think this is because in the Megami Tensei series, Lilim is usually depicted being child like in appearance, possessing a baby face, short stature and small breasts, while succubi seemed more mature.

Also in Shin Megami Tensei IMAGINE, Lilim appear as support for Succubus in Shinjuku Babel's docks area and at night in Ikebukuro.

At least, according to the wiki.

I've always shied away from the traditional reds on demons for greens and purples and I always pictured Lilith as more pale blueish
