“Sailor Glaceon! Make up!”

Evelyn holds her Evolution Rod skyward and her body becomes enveloped in ice. Her outfit changes into the signature Sailor fuku, forming over her body like frost. Her hair turns blue and shortens and gains two locks on either side of her face. She gains a blue tiara, her eyes turn light blue, and gains ice blue eye shadow to complete the look. The Evolution Rod changes to become a bow made of indestructible ice.

Level up Eevee near an ice-covered rock, and it will evolve into Glaceon, changing its type from Normal to Ice. It has a base stat total of 525, with its highest stat being its Special Attack. Its abilities are Snow Cloak (boosts evasion in hailstorms), or it rarely has Ice Body (regains a little health in hailstorms).

Sailor Glaceon is very athletic and loves to skate. She wears ice skates everywhere she goes. Ice temporarily forms underneath her, allowing her to skate on any surface or liquid. She can even skate up hills and stairs as well. She is not bothered by cold temperatures, and loves when it snows. Challenging her in a snowball fight or an ice skating event is a very bad idea. She regenerates health if she fights while it snows, and she can avoid attacks easier as well.

Her weapon is the Glacier Bow, and she was inspired by Ashe from League of Legends (which I’ve never played, but I like all the fanart I’ve seen of its lovely female combatants). I was going to give her an ice bow from Final Fantasy 2, and I found a good picture of it, but I wanted a better one. So I found an Ashe cosplayer, and found a good image of her bow, and based Sailor Glaceon’s bow after it. I wanted her to have a bow so she would have a different weapon than the other Eeveelutions. Vaporeon was originally going to get the bow, but she got a water whip instead, so the bow went to Glaceon. The Glacier Bow gets more powerful in cold temperatures, and is shoots icicles instead of arrows. Both the bow and arrows are made of Glaceon’s ice magic, and she has an unlimited supply of icicles she can shoot at you.

Sailor Glaceon is modeled after Bridgit Mendler from Good luck, Charlie. I found some pictures where she has two locks of hair in either side of her face, not unlike Samus, and since Glaceon has that as well, I had to use that hairstyle of Bridgit’s for this one. I wanted her to wear ice skates because of Glaceon’s ice type, and didn’t want her wearing snow boots. Her ability to freeze anything beneath her when she moves is a reference to how the Ice Flower works in Mario Galaxy.

Only one left and I’m done! At least until Gen VII comes out this November. Sylveon is the last one on the list, and she will have a new model. Here’s a hint: iCarly.
