Cleo Sertori, reborn as a senshi girl!Mermaid form coming soon!
I'm a die-hard H2O fan, and I don't care who knows it! I can't show my love for the best thing to ever come out of Australia enough. First I turned them into Jedi, and now future Sailor Scouts. Sailor Mercury, eat your heart out!
As a Senshi, Cleo maintains her ability to manipulate water, but she can also make tidal waves from even the smallest amount of water. She'd be the ideal choice for when fires break out (but then, firemen would be put out of a job...). Challenging her to a water gun fight would be your ultimate undoing!
She still becomes a mermaid if any water touches her, but to keep this from happening, she can lift the water off her body before her mermaid tail appears. She can also surround herself in a water bubble when she makes her tidal waves, so she will maintain her human form while drowning her opponents.

it really wasn't. The hardest part was finding out Phoebe Tonkin's eye color (she plays Cleo, and her eyes seem to change color a lot).

Thank you! Tee hee! It always is hazel if you look at her eyes. But brown seems to be a common assumption. I even thought it was brown at first! After I found out it was hazel it kinda scared me. I was like "... now I look that much more like Cleo." Keep up the art. It seems impossible but it gets better everytime I look at it!
