Full ViewI got a new tablet and this is my first real work with it. I was at my grandparents' house bored out of my mind, so I drew fanart for the Warriors books. I noticed that there are no Warriors bookmarks (or at least, I can't find them) so I made my own!
Obviously, Firestar AKA Rusty, Firepaw, and Fireheart (the names in these books are crazy). I couldn't remember what color his eyes are supposed to be, and I had no Internet to look it up, so he has yellow eyes, because it fit the ginger fur. I guess he's at Sunningrocks or something; I dunno.

I've never read the books but nice work!! Come to think of it the odd names kinda made me think the books were a bit cheesy. Should I read one and find out?

The names are a little cheesy, but some of them are quite pretty, and there's a method to the naming madness. You really should read them. I mean, yeah they're for, like, 11-year-olds, but they're still really good. They're hard to put down 'cause you just gotta know what happens! Lots of cliff hangers and action. They'll never be "literature", but for a good quick read, they're excellent.

Yeah the fandom I've noticed is crazy. I had to tell off one girl for taking a photo of my cat, Toby [link] and trying to make him into some kind of roleplay fan character.

Oh good grief. Those roleplays are insane. None of the RPers can actually roleplay, or spell, or anything. I'd love to find a literate, intelligent warriors roleplay. That and most of them require that your reference image for your character be a photo of a real cat as opposed to a drawing. It's really weird, especially since my fancharacter is all white with just a gray tail and there are no pictures of that type of cat.
Anyway, tl;dr, Warriors fans are batty. And your kitty is perty.

Yeah...cept they wrote some odd name on Toby's pic XD If they wanted a British Shorthair character, all they needed to do was say that's what he was. But I guess kids don't think of that, nor would some of their friends know what the breed looked like.
