i like this more. the other one is rather too 'busy', too much words. at least here it's just the top, so kinda 'focused'

I like the other photo better, but think this would be better for your campaign. He looks more vulnerable in the other photo, but I think the other image may be too "real" for some and would distract from the point/purpose.
