Okay... nice hair; it fits Rouge's character nicley. Hm. I can tell you adding wings, but they're not in the
spotlight. That's fine.
The shines and shades are well done, while the background stands at low quality. If you have a poor
background, it drags the rest of your picture down. You should watch out for that. Such a good picture of
Rouge deserves a better background, doncha think? Though it's better than no background at all.
