Elementaryish for 12.10

Theme contains some OS X-like widgets, so if you're alergic to anything mac-ish...

::Changelog::

1.01 - bugfix for strange colors in Gnome 3.6.2
1.02 - some icons were too small - fixed

::Installation::

extract .zip archive and copy "elementaryfly" folder to your ".themes" folder (hidden in home folder), or if you don't have one - create it.

::Compatibility::

Theme was designed for Ubuntu 12.10 and is working well on Unity and Gnome-Classic.
Elementaryish is based on Greybird so it should work with Xfce.

Theme was designed to use with patched Nautilus 3.4 (you can download it from Webupd8 repository), and should work well with normal Nautilus 3.4. But i don't know how it'll look with Nautilus 3.6.

Theme was designed to use with globalmenu, i have no idea how menubar looks in this theme
