How do I install this? The only guides I can find on Google are for KDE 3.5

You must have the QtCurve (for KDE4) style installed. Search it with your package manager.
1) Unpack the file. Inside it you have 2 files:
Β Β Β Β ModernElements.colorsΒ (the color shceme)
Β Β Β Β ModernElements.qtcurve (the QtCurve theme, or "Preset")
2) Open the KDE "Style - System Settings". Set the Widget Style to "QtCurve" and then click "Configure". On "Presets" click "Import" and select the ModernElements.qtcurve file. Click "OK" to close the QtCurve configurator and then click "Apply" on the "Style - System Settings" window.
3) Open the KDE "Colors - KDE Control Module". Click on "Import Scheme" and then select the ModernElements.colors file. Click "Apply".

And What about the icons? Are they Faenza Icons? How did you have all the bar's icons monochromatic?
