I'd say that Lithuanian irredentism also includes Polish areas of Lithuania Minor and Kursenieki populated areas up to GdaΕsk/Danzig. It's nice though.

If you stretch things very far, some people might be said to claim all of the areas of Suwalki and Grodno governorates of the Russian empire. At least that was one of the ideas floated around the end of WW1 (i.e. a Lithuania made of Vilnius, Kaunas, Suwalki and Grodno governorates).
Also, you shaded Kaliningrad in Layer 3, not Layer 4 of Polish irredentism.
