I honestly don't see much of a difference between Red and Ash... I wouldn't ever see a difference unless Red ACTUALLY showed up in an episode of Pokemon, but that's just me.

But anyways, loving the background :3
I think you could use a little more foreground effects though to help blend in the render more.

To warn you that is Red, and people tend to take the whole Red and Ash thing serious, but on the other note this is really cool
