EDITSorry for the resubmission - I edited the bg a bit....ermm...not sure if this is better or plain white.. X___X what do you think? Alse tweaked the skirt a little....

Well, based on feedback and critiques I got from the previous Avy design, I redid it - this time, a better pose (I hope, cause it was haaaard getting the anatomy just right for this pose X___X) and better colours I hope. Hee hee, you've seen her front, back view this time!
I changed her hair to a darker, more grayish, blueish, greenish tinge, changed her shoes (I thought the previous ones look clunky, and these look more feminine
), enhanced her inner armour cause it couldn't really be seen before, and added that prettifull shoulder armour thingy as well.She's supposed to look strong but feminine, does she look that to you? X__X The wing things are still there, I just didn't draw them in this picture.
AND PLEASE I don't know what colour background to put... X____X Help me!!! What colour background would you think go with it? White brings out the colour, but I'm scared it will look too plain??

her ears are funny xD like a mix of fin-ears and butterfly-shape... I like them 
your way of coloring hair is gorgeous, not too sure about the folds though... I think it would look better if you kept the cell-shading on them too.

it doesn't really show that you don't like cell-shading o_O It looks so good... I wanted to do it one time because I like good cell-shading (see =nyanko-chan for example) but I found out it's too hard for me and I'm more the painter/airbrush/whatever type. It's way easier to me o_O

I certainly thinks she looks strong but feminine. Her armor is so beautifully detailed! I love how it matches her shoes. It gives an impression of "warrior" while still accenting her features so nicely.
