I didn't mean to submit this as my first submission after such a long hiatus. But I haven't had the time to complete my other CGs - and one draws better when emotional, so I suppose my hand got the better of me.
HB Mechanical Pencil, edited in Photoshop CS2.

Oh oh oh! Looks like you've got a whole bunch of gushing up there, so now I'll add a mix of gushing and crit!
There's actually only two things about the character that are unpleasing to me. First of all, her breasts. I find they're a bit too high and 'tight', if you know what I mean. In addition, the left side one seems a tad too much on the side, normally, they should sag a bit and unless they're freakin' huge, they don't diverge so much from eachother in a 3/4 view.
The other thing is the right leg. I don't feel its pose enough to believe it. Her leg is raised, however there doesn't seem to be enough muscle contraction to stay in that position - comfortable and without toppling. Try adding some 'leg fat' (hehe) to the thigh and maybe shape the knee a bit more.
Lastly, here's something that's not so noticeable: her left middle finger looks weird! 
Other than that, nice lineart, I can't do clean pencil lines anymore +_+ The background seems very creative, and you've included some very detailed sections, like the hair!

If you have problems with legs, try getting stock photos to practice drawing or draw yourself in a mirror

Nice design and details on her outfit.
But IMHO the lines seems not that constant.. I mean, the character looks so revealed and everything else were faded a bit. Maybe details on the background as well? ^u^

And its amazing as always! I love the intricate details through teh delicate lines and the random textures and designs. I also like how it not entitrely realistic, with things popping up here and there. the minimal colors also reaaaly add to it, it kind of looks sort of old-ey?
And I love the little hanging hearts! They're so... pretty!
