Description
This was shot near clifton beach, cape town with a long exposure of around 30s. There was a thick amount of haze at the time which acted as a 'natural' nd filter, which really helped to reduce the brightness of the sun. Yes, its water. A 30 second exposure with a bit of water movement gives the effect. Thanks for looking. Dom
