I really like the water effects in this piece. The underwater reflections are well done as well as the dripping of the water and blood from the fish. It's a very interesting concept, though if you were aiming for a pin up style I feel it should be a little more subtle.
The main critique I have is the far side anatomy. The curve of the raised left shoulder should be immediately after the neck and it looks as though the left hip connects to the body higher than the right. A slight shift downwards and I think the legs would be perfect. A small reduction in size of the left shoulder and breast would help the perspective a lot. Nothing is wrong, just a little off.

I like everything, but the one thing that prevents me from a fav is the tits, they look super fake, like silicon balloons. So aside from that anatomic quibble, this is a great piece and you have some awesome talent there =]
