Sooo I discovered Critical Role and it ate my life and I love it. It excites me to no end that D&D is becoming more popular again. After Episode 26 I decided to go back and rewatch the second campaign from the beginning while focusing entirely on Molly or anything mentioning Molly. The conversation with Toya caught my attention so I decided to draw a pre-campaign start picture of Toya, Kylre, and Mollymauk together in a more relaxed setting.
I kind of wanted to show what I think might have been The Coats origins because it wouldn’t surprise me at all if any or all of his clothing used to be tapestries, especially after his supportive reaction to Jester’s idea of turning a circus tent into many pretty dresses. Reacting to the idea like it was a personal compliment.
Speaking on the coat…I know I should have added more to it but on one hand I wouldn’t doubt Molly to add onto what it was originally when turning it into a coat…on the other…with my hand tremor it was killing me. I did my best lol
