it has raised a lot of questionable motive, the extension of President Arroyo's term limits.
and it snubs the 23 senator's participation in the process.
it is wrong timing since the philippines is in the brink of recession.
the lawmakers betrayed the people. now, people jump into the streets and joined in some forms of protests via internet to stop them from amending the constitution.
