For ~Tsuku81012 for having a adoreable character!
I was checking randomly around on different tutorials how to complete pictures because I wanted to just do a picture in a different way from useally. Maybe you guys can't se any difference but xD It felt different when I did it.
It's Tsukus character Casper! And I know that I skipped his extensions :c I'm sorry if that completly destroys the character D: But I couldn't managed to make them look good in his hair >.< I'm a failure. Wiee 5 hours.

It is different. This picture has all the aspects of "your" style, the thin lineart, the huge sparkly eyes, the typical coloring of hair skin and also cloth. It's all there. And it's Yours. But it looks different. First of all, it looks very compact, the character is not as outstanding compared to the background. In this picture, it seems you paid lots of attention to the background, too. Usually, in your pictures I have a feeling the background is sorta just filling the space. Here it plays as important role as the character.
I like the lighting in this one. The fog near the ground and then the light parts of the trees in the background. The shading is very nicely done. Especially on his T-shirt and pants, the dark parts and light parts are in nice balance. Also the dark parts on the skin, where you used the red (filter) stand out very nicely compared to the milky light skin.
Over all, the impression of this picture is very lovely. It gives you a nice, fresh, spring-like feeling.
From the total look to small details, I think your work on this was worth it.
My personal favrourite detail of this piece of yours is the hand with the pear, the neck and the mouth.

I noticed you ask for critique on many pictures, but I never wanted to actually write any. I didn't plan it, but here I thought "hey I could actually give it a chance"
