I absolutely love the corner with Naruto in it, the perspective is spot on; there is absolutely nothing that I can see needing improving. From the rest, I can say that you might want to be careful about how closely set together the eyes are. A good rule of thumb that many artists use is: when drawing faces from a frontal view, imagine another eye inbetween the two normal ones.
Even if it means the hair ends up covering most of the eyes, anime styles just draw the translucent anyway. ^-^
