Description I posted this on Instagram so I might as well post it here
I hate cancel culture so much for bothering people who make human mistakes or are just going by there own principles
But this whole fiasco with people hating Scott for donating to a republic based organization makes me realize how much I HATE politics
Being republican or having republican based opinion doesn’t mean your homophobic or racist(unless those opinions are harmful to the lgbt community or people of color)
Just like being democratic or having democratic opinions doesn’t make you NOT homophobic or racist
Story short everyone who has been harmful to Scott or his wife is stupid
And if I find anyone calling a republican or democrat I’m breaking there knees

I think you're misunderstanding the problem.
Its not that he's Republican or homophobic, it's that he gave money to people who unquestionably want to hurt the LGBT community. The politicians he's funding want to take away our rights. And he's giving them the money to do so. Even if that's not what he intended, that's what he did.
That's why this is a problem.

Now, I do agree that the doxing, harrassment, and death threats are bad. But just because some people on the other side didn't something wrong doesn't make scott innocent.
