[W]eapon:
As part of the Flammable Division, it's natural that Cite prefers close-range and hand-to-hand combat.
i. Gloves: He wears gloves which allows him to have more control over his powers. There's special padding over the palms and fingers which generate and emit the gas. If the enemy is in a headlock, Cite can easily suffocate them and if his glove manages to get over your mouth, it's most likely that he will make the opponent inhale the gas, which is highly toxic, and severely damage the lungs. So really, it kills you from the inside//hee. Over the knuckles, there are heavy metal plates/ spikes in which, if desired, he can combine the fluorine gas and the metal to create flames.
ii. Barbs: He carries around what seems to be balls of fluff, when they're actually barbs which can either contain poison, paralysis or explosives.

Amazing entrances
i. Fluorune Gas Generation (through his gloves): Cite tries his best to moderate the amount of Fluorine he emits. Over time, he's starting to become more used to controlling the element, but not necessarily manipulate it yet.
- Gas Form: When the gas is in contact with another's skin, it can have a deadly outcome as it becomes highly acidic/ toxic depending on the individual (seep through the skin causing damage, burns the tissues)
- Flame Form: If cut by the spikes on his gloves, it's highly likely that the fluorine gas/ flame will cause even greater burns and damages to the body if it seeps through the open cut (such as soft respiratory tissues, skin and eyes).
ii. Other: Besides generating the element, there are other abilities Cite can perform - though to a certain extent--
- If desired, he can enhance or weaken the heat of others and withstand extreme temperatures
- the element allows him to have a high chemical/ thermal stability
- Since fluorine is soluble in water, his presence can disappear for a while
- as stated in the weapons section, if the fluorine gas is exposed to a certain type of metal, it can burst into flames

[F]ighting Statistics:
Fluorine is known as one of the lightest elements, making Cite pretty light (weight-wise). To keep himself down, he wears weights all over his body. Since he's used to the weights, he can't really feel them on while moving and such. When the weights are removed, he becomes about 70% lighter and can be used as weapons to throw at his opponents.
- weights on: attacks are more heavy and brutal, adding more power
- weights off: attacks are more quick, hard to predict
Most of the time, he'll try to keep a clean kill, if not, he won't hesitate to go all out. As fluorine is used in the making of contacts which help see in infrared radiation, Cite has a pretty good eye sight.

-likes baggy clothing, hence why he low-rises//shot OMG IT'S NOT 'SAGGING' YOU GUYS SAKDJFHLAS HAHAHA
-carries hidden weights all over his clothing (shoes, arms, jacket)

When meeting this guy for the first time, he may come off as a relaxed type of person, BUT YOU'RE WRONG. He might come off as a flirt, but he's learned to keep this to himself, though he might use it to get what he wants. He is quite sociable and approachable, he won't shake you off or leave you hanging at the least, unless he isn't too fond of you. If being relied upon, he may take the responsibility seriously depending on the person; he'll be more serious infront of captains, but not so much with those he doesn't know. Basically, he treats you depending on what others think and first impressions. Once he's comfortable around you, then that is when he starts to fool around and mess around with you, such as making fun, playing pranks or just being plain weird and corny. Surely, he does take missions seriously..when he's motivated;; but if it involves fighting then he won't back down or back out. He likes to feel superior, but that's during fights as his sadistic side is shown. Depending on what kind of friend you are, he may have your back but it all depends on that other's first impression. SO OVERALL, HE'S NOT THE MOST FRIENDLIEST PERSON BUT HE MEANS GOOD?

[M]iscellaneous:
- after long periods of exposure to light, his hair may glow in the dark due to Fluorite particles around his body
- sexuality: straight
- pretty corny and lame, meaning he'll come up with the weirdest comebacks and such
- when introducing himself to others, he refers to himself as "Cite the Knight" because he likes to//shot
- when is powers are in use/ when powers for a long period of time, his eye colour may shift to green or yellow, but shifts back to grey when powers aren't in use
