We don't really talk though, the most I got from him was invites to submit animations to YooToon Channel, which I declined because I didn't like what the contract read.

His YooToon Channel sounds interesting for self marketing, out of interest what did the contract read?

The contract was basically an exclusive agreement stating that if I submit a cartoon to the channel, it cannot be anywhere else online. I post my animations on Youtube, Newgrounds, and Blip, so limiting the viewership of who sees your webcartoon on the internet is never a good idea.
The only thing you get out of submitting cartoons on Yootoon, is an opportunity for Hartman to comment on it, and if you're lucky, he'll work with you to turn it into an online series.
He's really not offering anything special at all.

Also, I think you SHOULD get Butch Hartman to see this somehow. He's appreciative of short cartoons made by only a few people, and he'll probably have good advice on it.
