How do you get your camera to do long time exposure? =S

Well, I'm using a Kodak digital camera, so once on capture mode, you go to the menu and there's an option for long time exposure. You can alter the exposure time too. Unfortunately, I'm only limited to 10 seconds.

This is great!
I really like the low perspective and how you've framed it so that there's a balance between the sky and the road. The contrast brings out the lights and the effect of the longer shutter speed there. I'm not fond of how the sky is a bit overexposed, but it's understandable with the lights... Perhaps you could dim the background a bit so that the lights are highlighted out more to create a more bigger impact.
Just a suggestion, anyway. It's a lovely shot regardless.
