I like the angle you used for this one, did you ever use this perspective in any other work? Anyway, it does a good job of showing off her size and shape in an attractive way.
Kyra-Nyx is a very cool sounding name! And an interesting one for her, it truly sounds like she's from a different planet.
That glow in her eyes that happens when you rub her nipples, is that associated to something?

It's strange you commented on the non-interactive version of this. I've use this pose before. It was on a blue kangaroo girl. Her nipples are very sensitive, that's all.
