No idea what's this is supposed to be story-wise (I speculate it's either a vision, dream, or just symbolic imagery).

Korra, bad[bleep] as ever, even in sweatpants (yes, I know I've used that joke before, but hey, still hasn't gotten old. To me anyway).

And creepiness too, and here I thought that Koh was most unsettling character in the series...
I read a rather interesting theory that this has something to do with Vaatu... Either way, can't wait to learn more about what exactly is going on here...?

I experienced this once...
I was walking to science and I saw a person standing there, glaring at me. I couldn't see their eyes, and I don't remember whether it was a girl or a guy. So when I passed a pole, I looked back there and they were gone. I had a shiver and stopped for about ten seconds, then realized I would be REALLY late to class.

It was a reference to an older movie that I have yet to see called Ghostbusters about this group who hunted ghosts as their job, and their theme song started like "WHO YOU GONNA CALL" or something like that.

Yeah, but then in the swamp she was wearing the chains.
Of course that too could be illusory, or maybe she wants to kinda repeat that battle in her mind by wearing those clothes as she feels like she lost it, even if the new Airbenders won it.
But yes dream or symbolism or both is very likely.
