Description
TIME OUT is a Chronian from planet Chronia, located in a doomed dimension in the Ben 10 multiverse.

Origins: The name Time Out is a reference to his chronokinetic abilities.

DNA Source: Eon.

Appearance: On the outside, it seems almost exactly as Eon but with green details in his clothes and equipment instead of purple, but if one removed his visor, they would see Edward's face. This is because Chronians are actually almost indistinguishable from humans, and Eon's decrepit state is a consequence of abusing his time powers.

Powers:
- Chronokinesis: Time Out has the ability to manipulate the movement of time, such as slowing it down to the point where it seems to stand still.
- Time Acceleration Ray: Time Out can fire off a ray that rapidly accelerates anything it touches into dust.
- Chronoportation: Time Out can open rifts in time that can lead to any time in any dimension.
- Enhanced Physiology: Time Out has strength, durability, speed and dexterity superior to a normal human.
- Temporal Awareness: Time Out has an advanced temporal perception, thanks to this he can feel the domino effect created when someone manipulates time in any way in the dimension he is currently in, specially the ripples in time caused by Chronosapiens when they use their chronokinetic powers via the Sotobro Effect.
- Enhanced Intellect: Time Out is a genius, thanks to his enhanced perception of time he can figure out aspects of reality that most can't.
- Possession: Time Out can transfer his consciousness (his soul) into another body. If the target body already has a consciousness, it will become repressed and dormant, leaving the target unaware of their body's actions from that point forward until they are released, or perish. Though the effectiveness depends on the target, since people with great will power can overcome this ability.

Weaknesses:
- Being Overpowered: Though he has incredible abilities thanks to his Time manipulation, he is still limited in these, and beings that have stronger time manipulation abilities, affect different dimensional planes in some way, or that surpass it with their power can easily defeat him and kill him.
- Beyond Time Causality: Beings or objects that are in or can affect higher dimensional planes of existence than the conventional perception of time can negate the effects of his powers. His temporal powers also don't affect beings or objects that are outside of time.
- Physical Vulnerability: Despite his amazing powers, Time Out is not that impressive in terms of strength, durability or resistance compared to Tetramands for example, and if an opponent physically stronger than him lands a hit, it can hurt him badly.
- Power Abuse: Like any other Chronian, every time he uses his powers in a large scale his body deteriorates, and traveling through time is the ability that most affects him, making him age exponentially.

Commentary: Edward got this transformation the first time he fought Eon, though thanks to the malfunctions of the Prototrix it wasn't unlocked until later. I like the lore THE INK TANK has created for Eon and the Chronians but I will make my own lore about them to explain their background and fix some of the plot holes, contradictions, and retcons made in the main series. The fact that Edward's face can't be seen through his visor is a design decision, since I though it would be redundant to see Edward's normal face when he is transforming into something else.
