I should be doing MY COSPLAY INSTEAD OF THIS.But it was tempting I swear. Fun too, I guess.
I did a drawing on paper at my job...I decided yesterday to scan it and tried to lineart it. And it was wonderfully sexy.
What about that? I was so thrilled that i decided to color it, because I thought it looked blank.
So I began the coloring today. Is that what we call celshading?
Anyway, I think this is my first time with this type (I always went overboard trying to do realism shading...But I thought it wouldn't go well with this drawing.
And I know that there may be fatal mistakes...I'm not quite sure about the scarf part under his jaw...I think it should have continued
What do you think about the "background"? Woud have this been better without the writings?And here I am. I want critics about everything as always. What to make better, what is awesome (though I doubt anything is really awesome)

Btw, I like Danmark. He's really handsome. Shame guys in real life don't look like that. (all of my friends says he looks gay. That makes me sad
)Oh and I tried to make his eyebrows darker...but IT SOO DIDN'T FIT OMG. It was the ugliest thing ever!
I know he's not the manliest guy I would have liked him to look like...but I still like this. Really.

I'd say the shading is just right, and I like the writing in the background, because I think it makes Denmark stick out more.

Ah ok! You don't even know how much time I've spent choosing between the 2 versions! And each time I asked for help, the opinion were shared. -_-
I was sure either for the shades...I mean i'm not sure about the lightning let's say. I've added it after...and I was still hesitating.
would you like to see the other versions? I could send them to you by email and you will have a better idea about this.
Also...do you have a bug with deviantart? it seems only me has it =_=
See the stats of that deviation? it says NO COMMENT. and I wanted to wait because you did comment. It never changed. It also states it has no favorites...and in my message center there is 2.

I'm happy to look at your stuff, I may not be able to leave a helpful artistic comment but I can try ^^
Also your stats for this guy says that you have 1 comment no favorites and only 5 views.
One day the statistics told me that some of my deviation had no views,comments or favourites, when I knew that was not the case, but it sorted itself out the next day. Hopefully It'll fix itself up and I'll keep an eye out to see if my deviations tell me silly things.

Yeah...well the day I submitted the dev, they said that the stats were unavailable at that time. I guess all comments, views and faves made were ignored. -_- That's a shame, I wanted to know if the drawing was well-received or not by the pageviews...
Well I guess it doesn't matter haha.
