Leaves so much to the imagination lol. Now I don't know a whole lot about the Street Fighter mythos...but this guy sort of reminds me of Urien. And I only know of that character, because he was in the Mega Man X Street Fighter game.

I think he's the same race as Urien. They both wear that loin cloth. Gill is way more powerful tho. And a super cheap fighter in the game if I recall. Super hard, and ridiculously unfair abilities.
