Las Vegas, city of sin. An assassin and a target. Double crossed, it's payback time.----------
I came up with this idea yesterday afternoon. I wanted to try drawing a night city and make something original, and this is what I came up with.
took about 9 hours from start to finish, I sketched on book first then redraw the baselines in PainterX. I did colorin in Painter X too.
