This green glowing effect looks cool! I like its contrast with the black background and the character's outfit. And his eyes seem to glow in the dark as well! I also like the shading on the jacket, it looks like leather. I have always found leather texture difficult to shade because of all those bright highlights : - ) And it looks great on your picture!

I haven't considered that the green would look like glowing, but you are right. I'm struggling to paint glowing and shining things in general, so it's nice to see that I accidentally did it.
The leather-like material is an easy thing to paint, I made it because I'm impatient, but I had no intention to make it leather originally.
